Spider plants like to get enough exposure to sunlight. Be sure to keep them in areas with temperatures about 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Watering your spider plants regularly is also recommended. While the name might make your skin crawl, the spider plant is a very popular houseplant.
This plant has the capabilities to survive in some of the harshest environments, but giving them a good spot and proper care will see them flourish into magnificent plants that are sure to make your living room the envy of all your visitors.
Mature plants have arching leaves and hanging plantlets. Their stems can get as long as three feet. Mature spider plants will bloom white flowers.
